BOMA helps increase professionalism through designation curriculum and continuing education programs.
In 1970, the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI)
was established by BOMA members to provide professional designation curriculum to office
building professionals.
BOMA's awards program recognizes excellence in building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact.
